She has been featured in the media regularly as one of the top fashion and lifestyle bloggers worldwide, as reported by publications such as Marie Claire US, Vanity Fair, Huffington Post, Fastco and Entrepreneur. She also made it as the cover girl of Marie Claire Malaysia and was voted by GLAM Malaysia Magazine as one of Malaysia’s Most Glamorous in 2017.

Nikki Fica

Social Media Director

From her career as a sponsored MMA fighter, Nikki Fica made the leap to a job in social media management. Then again, she’s always had the makings of a social media savant: she leveraged social media for businesses (back when “business pages” weren’t even around yet!) during the MySpace era. Now Nikki is the Social Media Director at Marque Media. Together with her team, she oversees the overall social media operations. Nothing excites her like seeing a client’s Instagram stats growing in numbers!
Next to social media, traveling inspires Nikki the most: she loves diving into different experiences and cultures as well as encountering new arts and designs.

Jezreel Marchan

Virtual Assistant

Count on Jezreel to make things happen. As a full-time executive assistant to the director, the lady loves to multi-task. If that isn’t enough, she’s currently studying simplified accounting to take her skill sets up a notch. Despite all the workload, Jezreel clocks in as much sleep as she can, lest she get severe migraines—a major no-no!

Outside of work hours, you can find Jezreel outdoors. She loves playing badminton, immersing herself in nature, and traveling with her three kids (two, really, but she counts her bratty husband as one more!).

Nora Muhamad

Marketing Director, Malaysia

Nora Muhamad is a veteran in the public relations, advertising, and marketing scenes in Asia. She has over 20 years of combined PR, marketing, and event management experience and has successfully managed clients in Malaysia, South East Asia, the UK, and the UAE.
With a vast network of friends and colleagues in the media, Nora knows what works best in print, broadcast, and digital media. Drawing from experience, she offers valuable and effective insight to brands. Nora is committed to creating effective marketing strategies via earned, paid or influencer-based media coverage.

Raquel Eje

Social Media Technician

In a nutshell, Raquel breathes and lives for social media. She loves scrolling through Instagram and Pinterest for visual inspiration, which in turn influences the content she creates for her own channels. As a Social Media Technician, she’s a real maven at executing tactical strategies and analyzing date to create in-depth reports for countless brands under the Marque Media umbrella.

Nill Salvador

Web and Graphic Design Director

Nill Salvador’s professional experience in art direction springs way back to the time he owned a magazine company at the budding age of 20. Fast forward to now, he heads a team of creatives for Marque Media as the Senior Art Director and thrives in helping clients visualize their brand. Give him any design project, and Nill will work his magic with unique deft and ease. Some of the brands he has worked with are Christian Louboutin, Marc Jacobs, Clive Christian, Kate Spade, L.A. Times, Acer, Asus, Honda, Pepsi, and The Peninsula Hotels.

Nill’s passion for design trickles down to more ordinary parts of his life—if he finds an item he likes, he gets it in all available colors, for instance. He’s pretty bad at parking cars, but that doesn’t stop him from traveling—he has visited 15 countries!

Abby Caranto

Senior Content Editor

Abby has been writing content for fashion retailers, lifestyle bloggers, and wedding companies long before Marque Media. She majored in creative writing, and has covered various forms of content, from style blogs to website copy to brand guides.

She is in charge of planning monthly content and shaping the brand voice of Marque Media clients, with helps from her wonderful copywriting team. Abby is the reason Marque Media’s industry reports and insights are produced like clockwork rain or shine.

Off-duty, she’s probably crafting content for her personal blog, or snuggling with her dog and a good book. Her pseudoscience of choice is astrology, and her favorite apps are Headspace and Feedly.

Melissa Jones

Co-Founder and Chief Partnerships Officer, The Vans Warped Tour, Pink, Microsoft, Comcast, Even Hotels, Billboard Music Awards, Capital One, The Grammys, Sundance Film Festival and the Adult Swim are just a few of the iconic brands and early adopters Melissa Jones has developed and executed campaigns for since her agency’s launch in 1998. As a twenty-year-old founder with an obsession for co-creation and building the life she knew possible, Melissa’s successes read like a who’s who of the entertainment, innovation and entrepreneurial spaces.
Her stories of epic failures and lessons learned, while building monetization and visibility for even the most strategic brands and campaigns, will redefine your business’ definition of what is possible when “no” is not an option. Melissa Jones is a connection catalyst, trendsetting Chief Partnership Officer and Co-Founder of Marque Media, a Forbes Agency Council Member. She has also been a Board Member of the Las Vegas National History Museum since 2018.

Shirley Chia

Senior Visual Director

Shirley Chia cut her teeth overseeing the fashion and beauty content creation internationally for various top-tier publications including Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and Harpers’ Bazaar. She is based in Malaysia and travels all over the world – always in search of inspiration.

Lea Carreon

Senior Administrative Manager

Before Marque Media, Lea spent most of her days juggling law school and an administrative assistant position in the local government. She quit her job to focus solely on her law school, and took on online jobs for a flow of income. There, Lea discovered a world completely different from her usual one. She found a new passion in social media marketing, online business management, team leadership, and virtual assistance for her favorite blogger of all time: The Ambitionista.

Lea is an all-around member, handling agreements, invoices, branding, newsletters, and overall internal management. On her day off, she binge watches animes, Korean movies and paralegal shows like Suits and The Good Fight. She secretly longs to partake, once again, in debate competitions—just as she used to.
